A Family Rafting Trip For Everyone
This is a one day trip that’s perfectly planned. Come rafting, and we’ll take care of those in your group who don’t want to get wet and the adrenaline junkies.
We’re not magic- we just know what people want out of a raft trip. We’ll do two different sections of the same river, taking some people to the high adventure part, and some people to the fun and floaty part.
- Everyone rides together to the first put in. We give our safety instruction talk to everyone and drop the whitewater crowd off at their section.
- The adventure people say good bye, and go down to the river for their big adventure. They’ll have lunch on the river.
- Meanwhile the float group leaves for a short drive to their section of the river.
- The scenic group starts their adventure. They’ll have lunch on the river, too.
- Everyone spends plenty of time out there rafting and having a great day.
- We all meet up at the end, right beside the river.
- Both groups will have stories to share and excitement to talk about. And, hey, no one was overwhelmed by an adventure level that they weren’t comfortable with.
- We take pictures of every raft trip in the rapids- all the photos are available after the trip
- Good times all around!
Family Camping on the Blackfoot River
This is a private trip just right for a Montana family vacation. We’ll supply everything that you will need and do all of the set up, take down, cooking and clean up. We’re pros.
This raft/camping trip is a little more civilized then much longer multi-day trips. We raft Montana’s famous Blackfoot River because of the opportunity for safe fun and the incredible scenery. The camp offers swimming and a large beach to play on. Also, there’s plenty not to do for those who just want to sit and watch the world drift on by.
This river trip is your time to relax and leave the work to us. Just imagine a mountain setting, a gentle river rolling by, and your friends and loved ones surrounding you. Sounds good, huh? It is.
We bring:
- All camping equipment, tent, sleeping pad, sleeping bag, splash suit.
- Meals custom designed for your family (day 1 lunch and dinner, and day 2 breakfast and lunch)
- An evening of games and camp fire activities
You bring:
- Your clothes, your family and your friends.

Family Camping on the Blackfoot River
June only - 2 day 26 mile rafting/camping trip.
This is a private trip just for your Montana family vacation adventure. We will supply everything that you will need and do all of the set up, take down, cooking and clean up. This raft/camping trip is a little more civilized then the longer multi-day trips because we are close to everything but has the adventure of the longer raft trips. We have chosen the famous Blackfoot River because of the opportunity for safe fun and the indescribable scenery. The camp offers swimming in the eddy and a large beach to play on. Nearby is a huge colony of ground squirrels to entertain those who just want to sit and watch the world.
This is your time to be waited upon and leave the work to us. This river offers the perfect opportunity for family camping with children 6 and up or for multigenerational families. Time together to laugh, play, and not worry about the outside world. Try this short experience before a more adventurous long trip. The rapids are between novice and intermediate, and the campground has a permanent outdoor restroom facilitates.
