Exclusive Wines/Dinner Trip
This trip is especially designed for the discriminate traveler. The scenery is all Montana. Depending on the river and trip of choice, the river has been eulogized in song, book, movie, and myth. These dinner trips can be done with or without alcohol. They are booked as exclusive engagements only. Wines are from Wordens Market. Together we will work with Chris, the wine steward form Wordens Market in Missoula, one of the finest authorities in western America on the wines of the world. A man of the utmost taste and discrimination, he has studied wine and its practices for years. We will tap into his experience for the perfect match between wine, and an exceptional menu.
At Worden's Market, they are very proud of their collection of rare and collectable wines. These wines, as you would expect, are stored in their temperature and humidity controlled wine cellar. The list is divided into regions and categories. Please click www.wordens.com and click on the wine heading. This will take you to the wines. Please then click on “Cellar” to start assessing your many choices.
You may either choose the wine or Chris will always be available to help. Chris then will make some basic menu suggestions (i.e. fish, poultry, and red meat) and together you and I will finalize the menu. Chris is only a click away, or you can call him at 406-549-1293. You pay Chris for the wine and we will pick it up and have it ready for your dinner.
