Each of our dinner floats is an exclusive engagement by appointment only. We have many options on scenic runs on the Bitterroot, Clark Fork or Blackfoot Rivers. The menu will
be customized for you. Our most popular entrée is our signature New York Strip Steak Fry: an incredible steak (or salmon) grilled as you like it, accompanied by our special
Dutch oven potatoes, home recipe salad, bread, appetizer, and Dutch oven berry cobbler for desert.
We are working with Worden’s Market, for the wine selection. You choose the wine and we will plan the menu around your selection. Wordens Market specializes in wonderful European wines and their wine purveyor travels all over Europe to make his selection.
Served on the banks of the river, every course in this meal is a signature dish from our company and the best you will eat in a long time. Life does not get any better than good times, good food and good friends!
